feat(provider): add CoachCompetitionProvider ... 529418e99c

Separate joined/available competition lists with independent loading state.

added coach provider to avoid requests on each switch from available and joined competitions and fixed UI of the dialog in the auth and added status Dormant for competitions and when the competition have this status all its fields can be edited 75cbe29b36
